George Lamelza is a business, marketing, and technology executive with nearly three decades of experience helping organizations improve visibility, customer acquisition, and long-term growth. As Chief Executive Partner of Incend Media, he leads strategic initiatives focused on search visibility, AI discoverability, digital infrastructure, and revenue acceleration. Previously, as CEO of Team Media, he pioneered internet services in multifamily housing, growing the company into one of the nation’s fastest-growing web services providers before its successful acquisition.

He has held leadership roles with Your Executive Partner, Dealer Uplink, The Automotive Partners, Telos, and Ozarks Tech. A founding member of Blitz Technology Group, the Orlando Sports Foundation, and the ESPN Events Cure Bowl, Lamelza has contributed to initiatives that have generated millions of dollars for charitable causes. He holds an MBA in Marketing from Northwest and a BBA in Accounting from Evangel University, and continues to advise organizations on the future of marketing, technology, and AI-driven growth.
