LaMott Cowan is the Founder and Owner of L&S Custom Construction, LLC and maintains membership in the North American Deck and Railing Association (NADRA).
LaMott Cowan also enjoys any kind of sports and has been playing sports since Elementary School. At Elmira Free Academy, which he attended until he was 14, he played baseball and was on the wrestling team. He continued to wrestle and also played football (at Center and Nose Guard) in Junior High and High School. In high school he also began running track and field.
Today LaMott Cowan has used his passion for running to run obstacle courses such as Tough Mudder and Spartan Race, and has also competed in North Carolina course competitions.
