Lana Black

I am a solicitor at Mullane & Lindsay. I joined the Mullane & Lindsay team in February 2013 & work primarily in the Commercial & Property Law team.

I completed a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Laws & Diploma of Legal Practice at the University of Newcastle & was actively involved in law related competitions while at university. I maintain close ties with to the University of Newcastle as a volunteer & competition judge.

My work focuses primariy on residential & commercial property transactions, estate planning & estate administration. I am also the resident solicitor at Mullane & Lindsay's Gwandalan office.

In addition to my work with the Property & Commercial Law team, I am also a member of Mullane & Lindsay's Dispute Resolution & Litigation team. In this team I work in the areas of debt recovery, professional indemnity insurance & criminal law.

I am a member of the Law Society of New South Wales & the Newcastle Law Society.
