A few years ago I jumped the ocean to Belgium from the United States and my Flemish is now intelligible. I have a BA in Communication and International Studies and I love nerding out on how to create the perfect sentence. I work in Customer Success at WooRank, the energetic Belgian tech startup. My job is a mix of content creation, translation management, customer happiness and email marketing. I manage a vibrant group of expats - all five of us hail from different lands (and some of us still live in them). I have prior experience in large faith-based non-profits, higher education administration, rural small businesses and coaching the coolest group of undefeated high school soccer players. If I like a product I share it with everyone who will listen and in the summers I live in my Chaco Flips. I am inspired by the fashion industry's changing tide toward the circular economy and true resposibility (Teeki, Mud Jeans, Patagonia, GStar Raw for the Oceans...) and I'm both an aspiring yogi and a budding beer nerd. My greatest passion is making connections between meaningful needs and powerful solutions: think environment, renewables, faith, food and charity.
