Born in central London in 1955. I started martial arts at 18 and got my first black belt (in aikido) by 22. Have done various martial arts and am now 6th Duan and a disciple of mizong kung fu as well as a tai chi instructor.
Spent 10 years working for the Metropolitan Police, eight years as an instructor. Now I am a freelance trainer and teach first aid, health and safety, manual handling etc as well as martial arts. I also dabble in antiques and have three books on sale 'Fist of Destiny - Memoirs of a Martial Artist', 'Sex Stories for a Mature Woman' and 'The Trials of Jules Jovian'. All my books are available in paperback and electronic formats from Amazon, CreateSpace, Smashwords,Booktango, Kobo store etc. Now have a fourth book out 'Martial Arts in the 21st Century' and working on a fifth.
