One of the key things to make this happen is understanding and optimizing the user experience. Keep in mind there are myriad other skills needed to make your website successful and I possess those skills, too: Creation and management of strategic marketing plans, implementing and optimizing eCommerce programs, expert SEO, SEM and PPC experience, content creation and management (I LOVE writing), successful social media implementation and management, an eye for design and photography and the ability to manage projects and large cross-functional teams to guarantee the success of your website, while maximizing ROI.
