Originally coming from the Philippines, Lance and his family found themselves in the wonderful city of Chicago in 2011. Growing up in a family deeply rooted in the medical field, it seemed impossible for Lance to focus on another career. However, despite the influence from his family, he realized that his true passion lies elsewhere.

Graduating from George Westinghouse College Prep in 2019, Lance embraced his outgoing nature and positive outlook on life, which naturally drew him closer to the Real Estate industry.

While he may not have pursued medical expertise, the experience taught him valuable lessons about self-discovery and resilience. With a genuine desire to connect people with their ideal homes, investment property, etc. Lance will approach every interaction with enthusiasm and a commitment to making the process enjoyable for all involved.
