Lance Ernest Martel

I'm Lance Ernest Martel, based in Chittenden County, Vermont. Discipline and consistency have shaped my life, both in my career and personal pursuits. I’ve built a strong professional background in federal service, including roles with DHS and the IRS, where I apply problem-solving and dedication every day.

Outside of work, I’m a competitive bodybuilder, a former high school wrestler, and now a coach, helping young athletes build strength and resilience. Motorcycles are another passion of mine, offering both freedom and focus. I also compete in tattoo conventions, appreciating the artistry and discipline behind the craft.

Beyond my interests, I’m committed to giving back, especially through coaching and animal rescue efforts. Whether in my career, fitness, or personal life, I believe in showing up, putting in the work, and pushing limits to achieve success.
