After college, I knew I wanted to be in talent management but I didn't know how I wanted to be involved. Now, I know what I love. After seven years of work in recruiting and human resources, I now write and manage the community for ERE Media, a trade publication and conference organizer that focuses on covering all that is talent management. On the side, I also write my own blog, consult with companies and build websites.

I've been married for five years and have one cat. I'm happily based in Portland, Oregon.
