Originally from Scotland, I am highly success driven in sales and service, through my own endeavours and through others. I am ferociously honest and demand the same from all quarters while being strong in any ventures from start ups to established companies. Lately, I have been involved in developing turnkey functionality in a groundbreaking IT operation, growing from zero to $30 million in turnover. Formerly, I have increased sales and market penetration for pharmaceutical and telecommunication call centers by over 18% in sales annually and created insurance company call centers all the way to well established operations. I have consistently won sales contests and broken sales records with some of the oldest insurance companies in the country, such as fast start bonuses, topping regional sales and highest district targets.
