As a benefits coordinator, Lancelot Lutchman is able to utilize much of the experience he has accrued through his work in a variety of different occupations throughout the years. Lancelot Lutchman's work as a benefits coordinator requires him to remain up to date with current employee legislation, including company and government regulations, to maintain accurate employee records, and other duties as necessary. Mr. Lutchman has received experience in many of these areas as the Facilities Manager with the Tower Group Companies, a casualty and property insurance services and products provider, and DeForest & Duer, a law firm that was dissolved in 2001.
While Facilities Manager at the Tower Group Companies, Lancelot Lutchman had the responsibility of a small staff who he trained in Post Office, UPS, and FedEx regulatory procedures, as well as CPR training and office evacuation procedures. He was also in charge of approving security passes for building employees, maintaining all employee wireless and mobile devices, and negotiating contracts for all office equipment leasing. Similarly, as the Facilities Clerk at DeForest & Duer, Lancelot Lutchman was also responsible for all office equipment and office supplies, as well as coordinating cases with the Clerk's office and attorney calendars. Mr. Lutchman also acted as a liaison between attorneys and clients.
Prior to Lancelot Lutchman's employment with Tower Group Companies and DeForest & Duer, he provided a number of different services for a variety of diverse companies, and also received valuable training from numerous sources throughout his working career. He received life-saving CPR/AED/First Aid training while with the American Heart Association, and also received OSHA Safety Training while employed with the Department of Labor. Mr. Lutchman was later able to apply these much needed services to his work as a certified Security Guard with ALM Security Training Academy, but all of his diverse experiences make Lancelot Lutchman the qualified benefits coordinator that he is today.
