Lance Sitzmann

I was born and raised in Le Mars, Iowa, in an avid farming family and purchased and managed several apartments. After graduating from Westmar College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 1974, I began my career in real estate with a large nearby firm. It didn’t take long to learn I had a true passion for selling real estate, and in 1976, I opened my brokerage firm in Le Mars, Iowa -Lance Sitzmann Real Estate. That decision truly blesses me because selling real estate has been a rewarding career for my family and me. It’s been a true honour assisting thousands of clients and building relationships over the years. Recently i started my blog to share Information from my vast experiences.
