Landon Blatter

Dr. Landon Blatter practices dentistry in Centennial, Colorado, providing services such as cosmetic dentistry, implants, and composite fillings. Prior to graduating from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, he completed his Bachelor of Science in Business Management at Brigham Young University. While at Harvard, Dr. Landon Blatter was Co-President of the Endo Study Club and speaker at the Harvard Graduation Banquet in 2004. He also served as Treasurer and Corporate Chair of the Harvard Chapter of the American Student Dental Association.

Dr. Blatter’s Harvard thesis, “Posterior Composite vs. Amalgam Restorations; A Meta-Analysis of Controlled Clinical Trials,” compared the performance of new dental composite resins to traditional “silver” tooth fillings. Dental composites are valuable because they can be fabricated in a wide range of tooth colors, allowing dentists to restore teeth in an almost invisible and aesthetically pleasing manner. The dentist is a proponent of restoring teeth in a natural and durable manner with composite restorations.

After graduating from Harvard in 2004, Landon Blatter, DMD, moved to Colorado and practiced at Bright Now Dental and Creekside Dental. In 2005, he became Managing Partner of Rocky Mountain Dental Partners, which consists of four offices in the South Denver area. Dr. Blatter manages the Aurora Family Dentistry office, where he is an expert in implant, cosmetic, restorative, and family dentistry.

Recently, Dr. Landon Blatter has been honored by 5280, a general interest magazine that serves the Denver area. The magazine named Dr. Blatter as one of the Top Dentists of Colorado in 2009, 2010, and 2011. This award is especially noteworthy, as his inclusion on the list of Top Dentists was determined by the votes of his fellow dentists in Colorado.
