Currently based in Paris, where I am part of Oberthur Technologies' Legal Department, I practiced in France and abroad, in small companies as in large ones.

Whether these companies needed someone to manage the legal aspects of their expansion on foreign markets while dealing with domestic issues and disputes or wanted a pro-active, fast-adaptive and business-oriented legal counsel to manage risks, provide creative solutions and negotiate various types of agreements, they all trusted me to defend their interests while building and preserving strong and durable relationships with their business partners.

For the past six years, I have been negotiating a wide range of agreements with companies located all over the globe. As an adept of the Principled Negotiation method, I do my best to reach an agreement which is wise, efficient and which improves the parties’ relationship. How? Notably by separating people from the problem and focusing on interests rather than positions.

Fascinated by new technologies, I published in 2012 a book about French, European and US Trademark Law on the Internet which focuses on social networks, domain names, on-line advertising and even virtual worlds

Since 2012, I deliver lectures on several topics, including Intellectual Property law and European Union law, to business and law students. I also provide training to commercial and technical teams on the legal risks of commercial relationships.
