Grant Lane

Grant Lane is an outstanding student with a great will to learn. He works his hardest no matter what the task at hand. He excels at anything he puts his mind to, and is not afraid to ask questions. As a person who likes challenges, he enjoys having his abilities put to the test. This is especially true when he can learn something in the process. He always does anything to the best of his abilities because he is a strong believer that anything worth doing is worth doing right.

He is a team player, and contributes to the best of his ability to any goal that is put in front of him. Having held different positions in a couple of different companies, he is well-rounded and very good at adapting to his given environment. Because he has both managed and been apart of a team, he has a great understanding of the pros and cons many different types of managing. Having been on both sides of the team aspect, he has a grasp on the different affects that are brought about by different types of managing.
