Lang (Cecilia) Xu

Hello, I’m Lang (Cecilia) Xu. I work for a startup accelerator in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. As the director of the business development, I am leading a new initiative in Cleveland called Global Entrepreneur-In-Residence (EIR) program with local universities and non-profit organizations. I am also actively seeking for investment, sponsorship and partnership opportunities for our company.

Within 8 months, I successfully brought in 3 investors and 1 sponsor, 1 strategic partner for our accelerator, and 4+ potential university partnerships.

Originally from China, I am fluent in Mandarin and English, and have extensive experience in market research and business development. I am currently learning (financial modeling), (graphic design) and (programming languages).

Though I love my current job, I want to challenge myself and find a bigger stage. I am looking for analyst/associate positions in a medium to large sized VC/PE firm, or management consulting position in a multinational company.

I am a fan of entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology. I’m also interested in arts and travel.
