Lani Baron, owner of Alternative Divorce Solutions, is an attorney and head mediator at her firm. Having witnessed the pain and devastation that litigated divorce can cause, Lani made it her personal and professional mission to provide families with a better way. Through her extensive work with her mediation clients, Lani has assisted hundreds of couples and their families in overcoming the pain and hardship of divorce. Lani uses mediation and out of court settlement to help couples with all issues of divorce, such as property division, debt division, support and child custody. All of the couples' legal issues are resolved out-of-court in an efficient manner, and at a fraction of the cost of a litigated case.
