Lanre Farotimi

An Experienced Human Resources Professional, Lanre Farotimi (MHR Walden,) is the Managing Director and Head, Employee Engagement Group of PAIT Advanced Solution Limited.

He has extensive experience in organizational transformation, business review and re-engineering and human resources management advisory for various public and private sector clients in Nigeria and Africa. He has a vast experience in the Human Resources Industry. He has also had a hands-on experience in people management and employee compensation.

He has been involved in several recruitment and outsourcing, including; college recruitment - brightest and the best for GTBank, outsourcing of 1600 direct marketers and Linesmen for Jos Electricity Distribution Plc - JEDC, managing and outsourcing 700 staff to banks in Nigeria, executive recruitment, and payroll administration.
