Mac Lantrip

Hi, I’m Mac. I’m a small business owner living in Florida. Mac Lantrip aspired to be a professional football player as a youth and teen growing up in Central Florida, after a successful college football career he had 2 choices. Try turning pro or follow another ambition and like his mother become a real estate developer. Mac chose real estate development as his way to make a living, and throughout his career made it a passion and an art form. Mac has determined that the Central Florida area is were he will make his living. Before getting into industrial and commercial projects he made his living working for other developers and focusing on new home subdivisions. Mac has represented and worked many talented builders/ developers such as Dave Brewer Homes, Larry Fleming Homes, Greater Construction, Herbert Early, Rob Silliman, Rob Reiche, D.R. Horton, Unlimited builders, and others. Mac has brought into the Lantrip family a full-service real estate development company that is involved in entitling and developing raw land also building many new construction homes as well as building the homes for Lantrip Developments. With adding, Son, Logan Lantrip to the team, he has received much added assistance to the actual construction of the projects. Logan also works very closely with the civil engineering of our developments. Southeast Capital became a reality in 2018 as the need for a focused environment to reach out to outside investors and market project to and for them. The international market has been under looked for a long time and Mac feels the need to capitalize on this exposure. Also, owning a full-service real estate brokerage he can reduce cost in selling properties. Mac, graduated college with a degree in Finance and has learned the value of this arena. His experience has taken him to the international and institutional environments. Projects that require financing usually of non-conforming underwriting require a different mindset and underwriting. Working with firms overseas, large private equity groups, insurance companies, private lenders, etc. Mac has a very good relationship with these companies and continues to expand his influence. I am a fan of entrepreneurship, off shore fishing, and outdoors.
