To me, the most important keys for success in life are hard work, innovation and enjoyment and I do my best to implement these "values" in all the activities I run to ensure doing things properly.
Also, during all my travels and different experiences, I was challenging my limits, going out of my comfort zone and eager to discover new things and meet new people.
I also had some failures in my life (also because of my own mistakes) that shaped who I am now, and that made me realize I am a determined achiever, always keeping in mind the final result I want to reach.
I would describe myself as a:
-world citizen : open-minded and tolerant, feeling at ease with ALL the cultures and greedy for meeting new people and enlarging my network of contacts,
-social network user and consumer, as I spend a great amount of my spare time keeping in touch (which I am good at) with my friends from all over the world, getting informed and sharing my ideas and thoughts through different online tools...
-passionate about sports, even if I don’t practice as much as I used to do in the past, but I kept a sportsman spirit watching, searching and analyzing whatever has to do with sports.
My coworkers and friends (considering the feedbacks I usually got from them) would describe me as somebody who is lacking a little bit of self awareness and who gets sometimes lost in multiple tasking, but they would definitely highlight that I am passionate about whatever I’m doing, willing to learn and develop myself and people around me, and that I have a power of execution that stands me out.
Regarding my background, I have a bachelor in Marketing then did a Master of Science in Management with a major in Marketing management and a minor in Sports management. Having the student status for 7 years now, I have worked in 3 NGOs and founded 2 associations , done 10 internships in different areas (in 4 countries in 3 different continents, with people from over 30 nationalities) and worked in organizing 8 large events, from international sports tournaments and music concerts to a congress involving 800 participants. I also had the opportunities to facilitate seminars in 9 countries for university students thanks to AIESEC, which is the largest student run organization.
