It is my joy to serve in students, build success within school sites and be the Executive Director for The P3 Life™ - Learning & Leadership Academy. For over 15 years, I have built my career as a Certified Educator, Author and Social Conversation Starter.

My Mission: To help leaders plan, prepare & progress forward... by teaching people to elevate while they manage, monitor, and master their mental wellness.

Certifications: Career Technical Education, Stress Management, and Emotional Intelligence.

Community & Charity Work: I continue to be a collaborator or Board Member for non-profit organizations and including CCRC and Future Leaders CA.

Expertise & Experience: Overall, my strength is sharing self-care to overcome stress, increase life balance, better family dynamics in parenting, personality awareness, and human behavior.

My passion is to help rising leaders "define, design & align" with their purpose in life.

The P3 Life™ offers seminars, services and wellness initiatives for organizations, parents & youth, group training and schools.
