I started off my college career at Westfield State University as an undeclared major. After my first year i decided to transfer in hopes of bettering my education in the hospitality field. I am currently a junior at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and am studying Hospitality and Tourism Management in the Isenberg School of Business. I expect to graduate in 2015 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in this field.

I enjoy being involved in my school's events, activites, and clubs. I recently became a member of the Meeting and Event Manager's Association, which then led me to become a member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI). I am very excited to become more involved in both of these groups and cannot wait to see how they can help me to build my future.

I am currently working for TJX companies at TJ Maxx, which is helping me further my customer service experience greatly. I am seeking to gain more experience in the hotel industry and hope to have an exciting internship in that field over the summer. I am very interested in working in the field of event planning. I've always enjoyed planning things such as birthday parties, graduation parties, or even just helping my mom with family events.

Outside of my education and work, i enjoy spending time with friends and family, playing tennis, and adventuring. I have been very passionate about tennis since i was four years old; i played on my high school team, coached my town's recreational clinic, and played in various tournaments. They say tennis is a lifelong sport and that is what i intend to make it. In my spare time i love to take road trips, go on hikes, and just make an adventure out of a day.
