Currently, the word “acceleration" speaks to how my life has been affected by Heart IQ™. In a short amount of time I have gained more vibrancy and clarity in who I am and with that clarity my life choices have become more and more distinct and aligned with my heart's longing and truth.

There is no greater joy for me than to share, guide and be in the presence of other’s as they explore, discover and express the truth of who they are and what they want in life. For over 20 years, I have been guiding others into greater embodiment through movement-based practices such as Pilates, GYROTONIC™, and Yoga, as well as hands-on bodywork practices. From this foundation in physical embodiment, Heart IQ™ has given me the means and the tools to help others expand their vitality into all areas of their life and bring their deepest and most joy-filled longings into the NOW- moment.

I've completed a Large Group Facillitator training and received my certification as a Heart IQ™ coach and Heart IQ™ Relationship coach. This means that I'm ready to offer my guidance to individuals and groups in areas of personal challenge as well as tapping the deeper yearnings that many of us have for more joy in our lives. I'm very excited to also provide intimacy coaching for couples, whether privately or in small groups with other couples. Regardless of the creative form it takes, the most important part is that I am now ready to share the amazing, transformative work of Heart IQ™ with you!

For me, Heart IQ™ is much more than a generous modality from which I can share my gifts in this world. Heart IQ™ is a field of loving acceptance that I continue to unfold in ~ and I invite you to join me there!
