Lara González García

Project Manager and Consultant in España

I am a spanish law and business management graduated, in love with all the international matters.

My passion is the knowledge of all the issues inherent in operating in different legal environments, always in a corporate field.

Since I was a child, studying in a Lycée Français, I have been interested in travelling all around the world, knowing people from other countries and opening my mind to other cultures.

Therefore, while I was still studying law and business management in Madrid, I tried to spend all the summers taking academic courses abroad, always related to law.

I tried during my studies, to develop a practical knowledge of the legal world, this is why I was an intern in the legal department of Renault, which made me able to apply to my next jobs as a lawyer, first in the legal department of Euroestudios, an international company focused on civil engineering and construction, where I worked for one year, and, later, to get an independent collaboration with an international firm, Juárez buffete Internacional. I have been then employed in the in-house legal department of Gestamp Wind, a company focused on renewal energy, operating worldwide, where my duties were, among others, drafting international agreements, providing legal advice to the whole company, assuring the compliance with all the legal requirements in each project, drafting minutes of the general shareholders meetings resolutions, as much as board of directors meetings resolutions, legalizing, notarizing legal documents, and pursuing apostille procedures.

Finally, I had, one year ago, the opportunity to have a working experience abroad, specifically in Düsseldorf (Germany), as an international corporate lawyer in ARAG, which has been, undoubtedly, a wonderful professional experience in all the senses.

These positions in an international legal framework allowed me to acquire some strong legal skills in the field of international business law, company law and contracts law, , as well as an interesting perspective on the foreign legal environment.

Moreover, I have tried to keep updated in my skills, and that is why I pursued an MBA, then an intense training on Project Management and finally, I decided to develop my knowledge of a new language, German.

I think I could finish saying that I am really looking forward to continuing with an international development of my car
