Lara Leslie has been helping commercial, public and charitable organisations to develop and work with communities for the past 10 years.
Lara began her career in film and television before moving into using filmmaking to engage young people from hard-to reach backgrounds in creative projects under the umbrella of her company 'Engage' (formerly 'Cut Both Ways').
More recently Lara has managed a range of community development projects which include setting up community gardens in Hornsey Park, tree planting on Hackney Downs and community flood planning in Purley.
