Welcome to Lara Lewis Hypnotherapy Plymouth and South Devon. Most of the people visiting this website are looking to make changes in their lives, but find that something is holding them back. Using a combination of CBT, NLP, neuroscience and hypnosis I work with clients to help them make positive changes in their lives*, so they can feel calmer, happier and more confident. I have two hypnotherapy practices, one in Plymouth and one in Ivybridge, and I have a range of flexible appointment times including evenings and early mornings.
