Lara Witter

With nearly 10 years of experience in the field of management consulting, business professional Lara Witter has provided confident strategies for nonprofit and business corporations throughout the country. Focusing particularly on the San Francisco Bay Area, Ms. Witter spent her formative years at the Toronto and San Francisco offices of leading global consulting firm Bain & Company. As a Consultant at Bain, Lara Witter oversaw high-impact client teams to develop multiple strategies for business units, sales forces, and organizational redesign for major American and Canadian corporations. She counts among her successes at Bain & Company the organizational and business process redesign of a leading tech corporation carrying more than $40 billion in annual sales, as well as the development of a consumer segmentation strategy for a major Canadian retailer resulting in $100 million in additional profits.

After working for Bain & Company for four years, Lara Witter continued her service in management consulting in the Bay Area as an independent professional. Lara Witter also used her skills in management to serve as President of the Parents’ Association at the Katherine Delmar Burke School in San Francisco. Carrying a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Brown University and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Western Ontario, Ms. Witter resides in San Francisco.
