I combine traditional recipes and techniques and aspire to the modern demand for quality and ethical standards. My Pork Pies use only free-range British pigs. All ingredients have been carefully chosen to be of the highest quality and in their least processed form. We currently get all our pork from Keith Bennet at Stockings Farm in Chiltern.
