Standing at the backdrop of a rapidly changing marketplace, small business is the proverbial hamster on the spinning wheel. It's almost impossible to keep solid footing when trends, interests, and loyalties are moving by the minute. If small business had the power to catch the pulse of the growing culture and sync with its rhythm, it would be able to to recognize trending patterns at every hit. the colony method is one that simplifies that process and helps businesses sustain growth with their consumers.

the colony is a community of forward thinking clients I serve the only way I know how- with fresh ideas that are focused, mapped, and blueprinted. I use my background in marketing, public relations, project management, and journalism to affect creative solutions for my client's publicity challenges. The goals of my work include removing blinders from my client's periphery to broaden their scope- to help them find their niche and increase productivity and profit margin through intentional messaging on various platforms.

I want to offer the idea that imagination is reality. My favorite part of this work is the lightbulb moment that happens when the client is introduced to the concept that the only limitations to their efforts are self-imposed. That moment shows them that the direction of their work is theirs to hone, and the boxes lid is completely off. After all, you can't be inside or outside of something that doesn't really exist in the first place.
