My insurance career began within Commercial Lines Processing. It is here that I gained valuable experience preparing new business, amendment and renewal submissions as well as an understanding of underwriting operations. Following my P&C foundation, I acquired my Personal Lines producer’s license and established myself as a successful independent agent. Stringently meeting all compliance guidelines, I quickly became a product knowledge and operating systems expert while yielding increased company revenue and building relationships with my customers. All of this culminated in a successful transition with Capstone’srecruiting team in 2015. I work with carriers as well as general agencies and TPA’s to identify and solve critical staffing needs.

Born and raised in central Iowa, I enjoy traveling with friends and family every chance I get. Having attended Iowa State University I am also a loyal Cyclones fan. My other hobbies include reading, running and spending time with my two beautiful daughters.
