Rachel Larkins

I work as an associate lecturer and have a wide experience of running workshops for students in a variety of settings from schools to museums and galleries.

Alongside this, I work as a freelance maker, producing drawings and automata, which reflect my interests in movement and narrative. I have received awards from the British Toymakers Guild and The Arts Council of England.

My work has been featured in publications including Elle and The Telegraph. I exhibit regularly and in 2014 showed automata in Brussels and at MADE London. I was also an invited guest speaker at The Design Museum and gained a distinction level Masters in Sequential Design/ Illustration from the University of Brighton.
