As a professional development coach I believe deeply that we are here to serve others. For the last 19 years as a workshop facilitator and professional development coach I've helped others to set and achieve their goals, break barriers, increase self confidence and enhance their self esteem. I've done this through facilitating professional development and personal marketing workshops for job seekers and career changers. Along with working with small and large groups I also provide one-on-one coaching for small business owners and professionals.

He has developed and facilitated workshops on topics such as Unleash the Author Within, Breaking Barriers, Power Resume Writing, Killer Cover Letters, Closing the Deal Interview Tactics, Fearless Public Speaking, Excelling in Times of Change, and Building Solid Self-Esteem. He is the author of SHARK Techniques for Rapid Re-Employment, the novel In Jake's Hand and Just Say No to Patio. Larry also wrote an creative writing exercise book called 52 Creative Writing Lessons.

Larry has facilitated workshops for over 8,000 job seekers, career changers and small business owners. He has personally guided hundreds through the development of powerful marketing tools in their quest to gain employment. During his 18 years as an employment coach and facilitator he has helped clients that ranged from those who were just entering the market, the long-termed unemployed, professionals making major career changes, and victims of restructuring.
