My capabilities span a wide range of services: from development of Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) strategies, technical consulting, training, problem solving, troubleshooting, writing disaster recovery plans, business process analysis and improvement, assessing technology-based solutions for business. Formulating M&A and sales strategies, with social media tools, SEO, SEM, and Free and Open-Source Software exploitation to project management of technology projects are examples of the work and I consultations have been involved in. Learning all that I could from these experiences were some of my greatest achievements and assisted in building my intellectual capital.

Interested in opportunities where I may collaborate with C-Suite, management, team members and/or SMBs. Would like to work in or with a team to plan, direct, coordinate, and supervise the delivery of process improvement, training and development in SMBs, technology, educational and enterprise environments as an internal and external bridge builder. Adjusting to new technologies quickly and effectively, problem solving and troubleshooting have developed and evolved within my skillset as a result of my experiences. These traits have also intuitively honed my field engineering and technical services abilities. I would like to use this knowledge and experience to assist in establishing and implementing policies, procedures and processes, development of objectives and key result and to leverage technology-based solutions to address specific business challenges within your organization.

Finally, teaching others greatly aids in learning. This is the main lesson I learned from training people and providing the previously mentioned deliverables. As a civilian or in the US Army I have endeavored to be a life-long learner and consistently reevaluate myself and others benchmarking our achievements while consulting. Therefore, training and learning and development positions are also of particular interest to my career aspirations.
