I have been involved in technical training since 2002. My experience includes instructional design, curriculum development, training-gap analysis, interviewing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), project management, etc.

I have developed courses and Job Aids for BellSouth, AT&T and AT&T partner companies. Target audiences for my material have been Special Services field techs, E911 PSAP techs, NRC Call Center groups, and Digital Life field engineers.

I have recently retired from working full time and am only interested in contract work-from-home (remote) positions at this time.
