Larry Jacobskind

Larry Jacobskind is a successful business owner from Dallas, TX, and is currently the Senior Sales Manager for JandC Capital, LLC, a commercial capital placement firm specializing in placing private debt and equity in the commercial and oil and gas industry. I'd love to say I'm a broker, but lately, we've done more and more simple introductions that have lead to successful relationships, not something a typical broker would do. We actually care about who we do business with, its never about money, on a deal by deal basis, we cater to make each and every transaction a successful meeting of minds and resources. For over 20 years Larry has been involved as Owner, CEO, and Managing Partner in a variety of residential and commercial mortgage brokerage firms in both Houston and Dallas.

Over the last decade, Larry has enjoyed a successful track record which includes turning a two person, non-producing office located within a real estate company into a multi-million dollar loan origination team with over 47 employees. He's received numerous investor awards for quality control and highest volume by unit and dollar amount for over 7 years running, and was involved in brokering a $25.4 million private placement loan in Mexico, insured by OPIC, for the first privately funded middle school in Mexico by a U.S. investor.

Larry is also involved in residential real estate in Dallas and holds a residential real estate license.
