As Afiniti CEO, makers of patented AI technology for the call center and telecoms industries, Larry Babbio is well-versed in how to lead and get results.

Before joining Afiniti in 2021, Babbio worked as the vice chairman and president of Verizon, as well as the vice chairman of Bell Atlantic Corporation before the merger with GTE Corporation that formed Verizon. In these roles, he oversaw a variety of national and global operations with an eye to detail and results.

This expertise was brought with him to a number of different board of director roles, notably his tenure with Aramark from 1999 to 2017.

Babbio also sits on the board of directors for Canara Inc., a technology company with a focus on power infrastructure in computing, as well as the board of directors for Hewlett-Packard Company. Babbio also served as a senior advisor to private equity firm Warburg Pincus from 2007 to 2012.

Babbio holds and Master of Business Administration degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
