An experienced investment manager based in Greenwich, CT, Larry Creel is a Partner at Edgewood Management LLC, and serves on the Board of Trustees at Second Stage Theater. Larry Creel has been with Edgewood, an SEC-registered, employee-owned family office, since 1997 and has helped facilitate the firm's growth in size and assets under management. Edgewood has offices in Greenwich, CT, and New York City and employs more than 35 people across the following divisions: Trading, Operations, Finance, IT, Compliance & Legal, Research, Client Service, and Marketing.

Larry Creel is part of Edgewood's six-person Investment Committee and functions as investment advisor to the Edgewood Growth Fund and Edgewood L Select - US Select Growth Fund. The firm, launched in 1974, adheres to an investment strategy that prioritizes long-term appreciation of US growth stocks, primarily those with an earnings growth rate better than the S&P 500. It normally trades stocks at a range of 2 to 8 percent weighted positions.

Mr. Creel supports the work of American playwrights through his involvement with Second Stage Theater in New York. The production company was established in 1979 to showcase the work of living playwrights through second stagings on Broadway and Off-Broadway. The company has since produced several original and uniquely American stories told through genres such as musicals, plays, and solo performances. Notably, Second Stage premiered the Pulitzer Prize-winning productions Water by the Spoonful (Quiara Alegria Hudes) and Between Riverside and Crazy (Stephen Adly Guirgis).

Before joining Edgewood, Mr. Creel spent 12 years as an investment advisor at Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette and was Vice-President in its equities division. He is an alumnus of Lake Forest College and also attended the New York University Stern School of Business. He lives in Manhattan with his wife, Dana, and their five children and enjoys spending his free time outdoors.
