As a United States Marine, I have cultivated a robust foundation in leadership and management.

My civilian career commenced in sales and marketing, where I served as a Retail Franchise Sales Consultant and Sales Manager. Subsequently, I embarked on successful entrepreneurial ventures, including my own real estate franchise and mortgage banking operation.

To further diversify my experience, I seized an opportunity to join a technology startup named eCopia, Inc. Initially established as an Internet Service Provider, eCopia underwent a strategic reorganization under my guidance to become a eBusiness Solutions Provider.

Following my relocation, I expanded my technological interests and founded three companies: 3G Technology Solutions Inc, TYNE Advisory Group Intl, LLC, and TYNE Benefits Advisory Group, LLC.

I am cognizant that possessing a business acumen alone is insufficient; it requires a well-defined plan, unwavering determination, resourcefulness, and audaciousness.

Currently residing in New Jersey with my devoted wife, Nicoll, and our daughters, I actively participate in my local church, Yes Lord Ministries, and community initiatives.
