I'm an implementer who acts in a senior ITSM/operations role to help innovative start-ups turn strategy in to reality (see streamlinedops.com). I've helped a number of start-ups get their ITSM/operations organized in a repeatable, scalable, automated fashion. This includes putting the right people in the right roles whether internally, or externally, onshore, or offshore.

I also love travel and real estate. I own various vacation rental properties throughout Canada, the US and Costa Rica (see discovervr.com). Geared towards peopled who love the outdoors. Being an entrepreneurial implementer I've taken what was the renting of my cottage and turned it in to a small growing business as I've helped other people buy their own vacation rental properties and put systems in place to run the properties.
