I'm currently Principal Evangelist for BlackBerry and responsible for launching the BlackBerry Runtime for Android apps. I've spoken at numerous technology events and conferences on topics like Mobile Monetization, Android development, Mobile App Security, HTML5 vs. Native, and Home Automation/IoT using QNX.

I've written code that’s run in space for NASA JPL, in the Pentagon for Joint Chiefs of Staff, on the Walt Disney Studios campus, and you can find my mug in National Geographic Magazine demonstrating full-body motion capture (Oct. 1995). I led Java ME Product Management and 3 JavaFX engineering teams at Sun Microsystems and managed all the OpenGL APIs at SGI.
