As a child I was always fascinated with how the Human Body works. At 6 years old I was in the library looking for books on Anatomy just to stimulate my curiosity. By high school I made sure that I had gym every year I was there. Playing Football and Lacrosse showed me that The Human Body is a Awesome Machine and it had No Limits. Years later I became a Personal Trainer and from there I the journey begun. After playing professional football for 4 years, I found that there's Life after football. Training in gyms for 10 years i worked in the fitness industries Mega Corporations such as Bally's, Golds Gym and LA Fitness I decided to start my own Personal Training business and for the last 9 years now my business Sculpted Bodies has allowed me to do what I do what I Love to help others improve there Lifestyles for a Healthier way of Living.
