Larry Straining

Larry Straining, CPLP, is the founder of Larry's Training, LLC, and a certified innovation trainer, facilitator and coach using the KnowBrainer® tool developed by Solution People. Larry has earned the prestigious Certified Professional in Learning and Performance™ (CPLP) credential from the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) Certification Institute.

Larry's training career started over 14 years ago at WorldCom before becoming the Training Manager at XETA Technologies. Larry is also an adjunct professor at Tulsa Community College and Brown Mackie College and has served on the board for the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) Northeast Oklahoma Chapter and is a founding member of MY VSTA (Virtual Speaker’s and Trainer’s Association).
