When you provide customer experience, you have to be the most memorable and enjoyable experience.⠀⠀⠀

My biggest advice is:

Put yourself in your clients’ shoes. BE a client!⠀

Only then will you know how to improve your service.⠀⠀

▪️I always use eye pads for all of my clients for their comfort, after having my under eye skin ripped from the tape. ⠀

▪️I love lashing with the client on recliner, because it's much more comfortable them then ussual treatment table.

▪️I have a mint while lashing because none else wants a stinky breath. ⠀

▪️I created a clean environment for my clients after going to a dirty salon and seeing the difference of how it made me feel. ⠀

▪️I'm covering the inner corner lashes after an artist left my inner corners unlashed!⠀⠀
