I would definitely categorize myself as a hardworking, people-oriented individual, who loves innovation and team work to bring ideas to fruition. I excel at creating long-term relationships with team members and clients. I am highly devoted to reaching and exceeding my goals, and will not stop until the job is complete! I am devoted to my team and do what I can to help them succeed. In my mind, their success is my success.

In total, I have over 7 years of retail experience and love the fast-paced, ever changing environment of the field. It's always good to be on your toes, and retail will definitely never let you feel those heels!

I am now using my past field hiring experiences to recruit for Kirkland's in their corporate sales support center based in Brentwood, TN. I focus my recruiting efforts in the field for our 380 store locations. By utilizing seamless teamwork, the recruiting team and I are creating an entirely new department within the company which will set a precedent for how Kirkland's will operate in the future. It's an exciting time to be here and I feel blessed to be a part of it.
