I live in Perth, Western Australia with my husband, daughter, and a number of pets. Cooking, teaching, feeding people and encouraging people to cook at home are some of my passions. I manufacture small batches of fine quality Curry Pastes, Condiments and Relishes using fresh local ingredients and imported herbs and spices in a boutique kitchen in Sydney. These are retailed at selected IGA and fresh food stores in Australia.
