Amicrobiologist by training and practice with a Bachelor of science degree honour in Microbiology (B. Sc.), with an innate gift for teaching and educating. Developing and harnessing health consultant along the line.

Lateef has been an active and key member in bringing quality and quantitative research findings, education, training and improvement to many organizations he had worked with while delivering excellent service along the way. Oluwalogbon Medical Centre,located at Atan, Ogun state, Little Hills Pharmacy located at Obere, Ogun state, R.V.V. Cleverland Int' College located at Ajibawo, Ogun state.

He is also a proficient mentor and educator working with various individuals from all walks of life and from different professional minds. His work with children, teens and adults (males and females) has better and prepare them for the future challenges.

The intelligent mind was trained and developed by parents, teachers, scholars and the vast experience in life which has brought him this far. Academic books and scholarly books has refined and fine tuned him to the blessing he is today.

Lateef has underwent various industrial training and accumulated skills over the years. This has improved and harness his interpersonal relationship with different categories of individuals.
