Construction tech runs on messy data. I make it behave.

5+ years turning messy data problems into clean, scalable solutions.

At sonarlabs.ai, I build the infrastructure behind construction payments—the parsing engines, database layers, and automation pipelines that turn chaos into reliable systems.

One example: thousands of DOT documents, unstructured and inconsistent, now parsed and structured in seconds. Not an LLM wrapper—a deterministic extraction pipeline with custom tokenization, rule engines for edge cases, and validation layers that catch bad data before it spreads.

Where I go deep:

  • Database performance—query rewrites, indexing strategies, and schema refactors that cut latency by 10–100x
  • AI-powered automation built on solid engineering: retrieval pipelines, embedding strategies, evaluation frameworks that actually ship
  • Bridging legacy systems with modern infrastructure without burning everything down

I also do UI/UX and product work—the research-heavy kind where you question assumptions and design for problems others gave up on.

My approach: Frameworks trend. I don't chase them. If a problem is logically solvable, I'll find the simplest path there. First-principles over hype cycles.
