COURT FILING FEES. As of the present date the Filing Fees to file your case with the Bankruptcy Court is $ 306.00.

NOTE:
If you are Unable To Pay The Filing Fees because you are Un-employed or are below the income poverty line we can prepare documents for a FEE WAVER OF THE COURT FILING FEES. OR, If you would like to apply for MONTHLY PAYMENTS of the Filing Fees, the Court normally will allow 4 Monthly Payments for the filing Fees. We will prepare all of the additional required documents at no additional cost to you.

After placing your order, you will be E-mailed Bankruptcy Questionnaire forms for you to fill in and either Fax or E-mail back to our offices. Approximately 24-48 hours after receipt of your Completed Bankruptcy Questionnaire forms your completed Bankruptcy Court Case forms will be PRIORITY MAILED to you along with instructions on how to file them in the Bankruptcy Court closest to your residence. Approximately 2-3 weeks after filing your Bankruptcy Documents the Court will mail to you what is called a 341 HEARING DATE for you to appear at.
