I'm a millennial, speaker, author, entrepreneur, and I'm passionate about financial literacy.
I graduated into the largest recession since the Great Depression but I didn't let that stop me. While the economy was recovering, I made it my mission to recover my own personal finances as well. During that time, I paid off over $32,000 of consumer debt, invested for retirement, and turned a part-time hobby into a full-time business.
I started YoungFinances.com to teach young professionals the basics of personal finance and find financial freedom. These are lessons we should learn in school as part of the curriculum, but unfortunately, these topics are not included.
