LaTonya Williams, a skilled office manager/HR support professional with more than 35 years of combined leadership, organization and mentoring experience. An expert at identifying and articulating appropriate candidates to hiring managers. My goal is to provide support and direction to help an organization continue to develop, grow and excel.

After many years of servicing in the office manager role, I've decided to focus my career solely on talent management & career development in a way that propels quality work, excellent service and genuine desire to support staff members in reaching their career goals.

​Throughout my career, I have worked in a myriad of office management and human resource administration roles. The one thing that has always stood out to me is the critical need for competent recruiting strategies prior to, during and after filling a position. Position retention and continued career development toward advancement is essential to the company and its human resources soaring to higher heights and reaching deeper depths.

I'm skilled at multitasking and handling high-pressure priorities with grace, utilizing effective communication to see a project through from conception to assessment. My strengths include cross-departmental collaboration, budget management and seeing the big picture in order to achieve the most feasible results.

In addition to the continuing education that I seek daily, I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Roosevelt University and my M.B.A. from DeVry University’s Keller Graduate School of Management.
